Hello, Team Mom's!

 

Here are some things you will need to know in advance.  We will contact everyone personally with information and updates well in advance and will post an updated schedule of events in the Spring if anything changes below.   If you have any question in meantime, please contact Rhonda (850) 225-0579

- C CLASS -  July 6th  - OPENING DAY EVENTS 
 - Opening Ceremonies  - Location and events will be posted in the Spring but should be similar to that listed below.

- A & B CLASS -  July 10th & 17th OPENING DAY EVENTS

- Opening Ceremonies will be held at Choctaw High School in the football stadium.

 - 12:00-Team Mom's meeting in Choctaw High School auditorium  
-  2:00-Coaches meeting will be at Choctaw High school in the auditorium

-  4:30 Pin Trading in Choctaw Stadium

-  6:00-Parade of Teams in Choctaw Stadium

 

-Gate fees  -  We will have an individual Tournament Pass and a DAILY Pass.  

-10 and under / 3 Coaches and Player are FREE  (coaches will receive wristband in the coaches packet)
 

-Team mom's will be in charge of picking up Advanced purchased wristbands (weekly passes) that your entire team purchases. We will be calling you a week before to make sure we have the same amount of pre-purchased passes as you do.  

-  Tournament pass wristbands will be available online beginning June .  

 

- Due to any lingering COVID issues, we will not have a Team gift bag exchange .

 

-IF you are not participating in Opening Ceremonies please let us know!!!!!
