Hello, Team Mom's!

This is Rhonda Strode (850) 225-0579 with USSSA. I am contacting you in regards to the Road to the Beach National Championship tournament that your team will be attending. Here is some information we would like to pass along to you.

 

-July 6th & 13th OPENING DAY EVENTS

- Opening Ceremonies  -  Locaton TBA

 - 12:00-Team Mom's meeting in Choctaw High School auditorium  
-  2:00-Coaches meeting will be at Choctaw High school in the auditorium

-  4:30 Pin Trading in Choctaw Stadium

-  6:00-Parade of Teams in Choctaw Stadium

 

-Gate fees will be $41 for the week if you pay online or $40 (cash only) at team mom meeting or opening ceremonies. That is the last day you can buy a week long pass otherwise it is $12 DAILY

-10 and under / 3 Coaches and Player are FREE  (coaches will receive wristband in the coaches packet)
 

-Team mom's are in charge of knowing the total amount of wristbands (weekly passes) that your entire team purchases. We will be calling you a week before to make sure we have the same amount of pre-purchased passes as you do.

-  Tournament pass wristbands will be available online beginning June 9th .  Click here 

 

-If you are participating in gift bag exchange it will be the team you play in your first bracket game on Wednesday. IF you have a bye Ashton Hatch will call you and let you know who you will gift exchange with.

 

-IF you are not participating in gift exchange please let us know!!!!!
