Opening Ceremonies – Coaches Meeting & Mom Meeting


MOMS MEETINGS - 
12:00:   Team mom’s meeting  (limited to two reps per team)

 

COACHES MEETING - TEAM CHECK-IN:
 

2:00:   Coaches meeting/team check-in  (limited to two reps per team)
 

The following items are Mandatory and must be completed prior to arrival !!

– All Rosters must be completed online
– No Add on Rosters will be accepted at check-in .

-  Copy of Insurance must sent if 
-  Teams are allowed to add up to 3 players but they must be added online. If your roster is locked, contact your State Director and have them add your players to your roster.



OPENING CEREMONIES - FOOTBALL STADIUM


4:30 PM  –  Pin Trading – Music – Etc  –
5:30 PM  -  Begin Parade Lineup (find your age group) 
6:00 PM  –  Parade of Teams  

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

No Team Gift Exchange 
Due to an abundance of requests and feedback the past two years, we no longer have the Team Gift exchange   

 


T-Shirts & other online purchases -  If for any reason you Team Mom is unable to pickup your purchase at the Team Mom Meeting, you can pick it up at the T_Shirt booth at Preston Hood Complex.  If the event is Cancelled, delayed or postponed due to COVID, weather etc. all purchases will be sent to the Team Manger or contact we have on file.  

 

WITHDRAW AFTER PAYMENT  -  If a team withdraws prior to May 1st  they will receive a Full Refund.  If a team withdraws after May 20th 50% refund  (100% if another takes their spot)   If a team withdraws after June 1st and no other is available to fill that spot,  No refund will be issued.  

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE 

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION


LOCATION:  Teams will play at parks in Fort Walton Beach and Niceville depending upon the age division and the day.  Teams will not play at different locations on the same day unless weather dictates moving games to stay on schedule.  Age Group Locations will be posted here before the event.  
 

FORMAT : 
POOL PLAY:  Teams will play 3 warm-up pool games on Monday & Tuesday. Pool games are optional and many teams choose to opt out of of a pool game to give their families time off before bracket play starts on Wednesday morning.  An advanced check-in sheet will be emailed a few weeks in advance and you can let us know .    

Game times for Pool Play are 70 min (Finish the batter)

or 6 innings *

BRACKET PLAY:  Teams will be seeded based on USSSA Points earned throughout the year.  

Game times for Bracket play are 75min or 7 innings *

*  Games times are subject to change if weather dictates.

CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES *  @ 3PM

Age groups  with fewer teams may finish Friday evening

COACHES WRISTBANDS
All coaches must wear the coaches wristband to be on the field or in the dugout.  Anyone without a wristband will be asked to return to the spectator area for the remainder of the game.  We have teams from all over the country in this event and can't possibly know who the approved coaches are without the wristbands.
